This information serves to simplify the order process for you, or to better process your return. However, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Cancellation Policy apply with priority.

Shipping times statet above only represent the mere shipping times. 2-3 days of processing time must be added.
As soon as we’ve handed over your shipment to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking number. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking to update.
Returns
Return conditions:
You can return unused and unaltered goods to us within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be made from the same country to which the order was originally delivered.
To return one or more items from your order, please contact our customer service at customers@pale-berlin.com. You do not have to wait for a reply, the email is considered a return notification.
Return instructions:
Returned items should be sent back to us in their original condition and in a suitable packaging. Please fill out the return form and enclose it with your package. This will ensure that your return can be properly assigned to your order.
You will need to bear the return shipping costs. You can use the delivery company of your choice - but we recommend choosing a tracked and insured service. Until the package is delivered to us, it remains your responsibility.

All returns from non-EU countries must be clearly marked as a re-import.
Refunds:
After the item(s) have been returned and checked (this may take several business days), we will refund your money (in the value of the returned goods or in the case of complete returns, all payments received from you, including shipping costs) in the same way it reached us - depending on the payment method, it may take an additional 2-3 business days until the refund reaches you.
Exchange:
If you want to exchange your item(s) please return it/them by following the return instruction above and place a new order.
