FAQ's

Do you have a store in Berlin? Or in another City?

No, at the moment we only sell online via our webshop.

Are your bags waterproof?

No, they are not waterproof but slightly water repellent. They can withstand a little rain. This applies to all of our bag models at the moment. 

To which locations do you ship?

Germany and EU (without EU overseas territories), Great Britain, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Turkey, VAE, Australia, New Zealand, China, USA, Canada, Mexico, Israel, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, South Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Colombia.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We have a detailed list with shipping rates and delivery times: https://www.pale-berlin.com/pages/shipping-and-returns. Please be aware that 1-2 business days must be added for us to process your order. If you choose Express delivery we process your order as soon as possible. 

Can I exchange a product that I bought?

If you wish to exchange your item, please return it by following the return instructions and placing a new order.

If you have just placed your order and have not yet received a dispatch confirmation email, you can send an email to our customer service requesting a change to your order without incurring additional shipping costs. However, this is no longer possible if your order has already left our warehouse (dispatch confirmation).

I want to return my purchase. How does it work?

Please fill out the return form and enclose it with the returning goods in a suitable packaging.

You will need to bear the return shipping costs yourself (if your delivery address is outside Germany or the value of the goods is less than EUR 80.00)

You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt to us but first contact our customer service at customers@pale-berlin.com.

I did not receive my 10% discount email. What can I do?

After you have confirmed your subscription with the button in the first email, you will receive a second email with a link to our webshop. If you follow this link, your discount will be applied at checkout. If you have not received this second email, please also check your spam folder. If you have not received anything, something must have gone wrong. Please contact our customer service at customers@pale-berlin.com, we will be happy to help you.

With our bags we have tried to find the right balance between design, functionality and ecological impact. The perfect solution for everyday life should be durable and loadable, but also made of environmentally friendly fabrics. All of our bags are made within the EU, where also a majority of our materials are produced. Minimal design and simple, clean shapes lend our bags a timeless and gender neutral look.
